Property Manager — Residential Portfolio

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for residents, applicants, and prospects
• lead leasing and turnover activities, tours, applicant screening, and move-ins
• manage renewals and resident paperwork
• address resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• visit properties to monitor safety, curb appeal, and standards
• work with onsite team members
• monitor delinquencies and issue notices and late fees
• assist with budgets, expense reconciliations, bill coding, payments, and collections
• participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to property emergencies.
