What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• maintain resident rooms, common areas, and grounds
• respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• inspect for safety hazards
• assist with painting, carpentry, building repairs, projects, and renovations
• follow safety regulations and facility policies
• maintain work orders and repair records.
