Member Experience Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to member calls, emails, and walk-ins
• assist with billing, payment, rate, and electric usage inquiries
• manage payment arrangements
• answer questions about programs
• enter service orders
• perform accurate data entry and cashiering
• support meter-reading posting, billing cycles, collections and penalties, and capital credits
• coordinate with Engineering, dispatch, operations, and meter technicians on projects and communications.
