What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, and direct nursing care in the hemodialysis unit
• coordinate patient appointment schedules and staffing
• participate in direct patient care when needed to maintain staff-to-patient ratios
• facilitate physician rounding and communicate patient issues
• oversee patient-care staff under the Nurse Manager
• coordinate in-service attendance and equipment evaluation
• support audits, patient care plan meetings, consent completion, HIPAA compliance, and facility operations.
