What you'll do

• Lead estimating for large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects
• develop takeoffs from plans and specifications
• prepare bid proposals
• clarify bid documents and prepare requests for information
• conduct post-bid follow-up and negotiate scope and pricing
• provide value engineering or scope modifications
• obtain competitive vendor quotes
• collaborate with construction teams
• manage change orders and bid documentation
• track multiple projects.
