Lead Carpenter – Cabinet Installer

The Lead Carpenter – Cabinet Installer role is onsite in Quincy, MA. Compensation is $30–$37.50 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus available to qualified new hires after 90 consecutive days of employment, subject to eligibility terms. Norfolk Kitchen & Bath installs cabinets, countertops, and finish carpentry products. The lead carpenter directs installation work and helps ensure precise, high-quality craftsmanship. The role troubleshoots jobsite challenges, interprets plans and measurements, mentors other carpenters, and coordinates with project managers and designers while maintaining a safe, professional worksite.
