Sales Estimator / Project Manager — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Track bid opportunities and develop customer relationships
• maintain sales leads and pipeline records in FollowUp CRM
• review plans, perform quantity take-offs, build material and labor estimates, analyze margins, and submit bids
• follow up on bids and negotiate scope, terms, and pricing
• coordinate contract handoffs and preconstruction turnover
• prepare submittals, shop drawings, project files, and compliance paperwork
• conduct site visits
• manage labor scheduling, change orders, schedule of values, cost controls, client communication, invoicing, and closeout.
