What you'll do

• Analyze patient care plans and documentation against practice standards
• collaborate on assessment tools
• guide and instruct staff in the nursing process
• plan and evaluate specialized nursing measures and multidisciplinary plans of care
• teach specialty knowledge and skills
• consult with patients, families, staff, and other disciplines
• participate in clinical research and quality improvement
• provide direct patient care and monitor patient safety and comfort.
