What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and manage service emails
• receive requests through phone, email, portals, and internal teams
• create work orders
• verify customer and equipment details
• obtain PO, NTE, and authorization information
• identify emergency requests
• check for duplicate work orders
• attach supporting documents
• route requests to dispatch
• confirm receipt with customers
• maintain notes and intake queues.
