What you'll do

• Support Lead Teachers with tutoring, grading, and individual or small-group instruction
• observe classroom teaching
• supervise students during classes, breaks, meals, transitions, and after school
• assist with enrichment classes, events, and mentoring
• collaborate on standards-aligned curriculum and assessments
• gradually plan and deliver instruction
• provide student feedback and support individual learning needs
• meet with coaches and school leadership
• communicate with families
• participate in professional development, mentorship, and coaching.
