What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report suspicious activity and policy violations
• document incidents and patrol observations.
