Sales & Design Manager

What you'll do

• Manage team performance, sales reporting, and administration
• coach and develop Design Consultants through goal setting and reviews
• analyze lead sources and sales trends
• review financial results with the GM
• ensure consistent CRM use and timely follow-up
• conduct ride-alongs and monthly sales meetings
• support hiring, onboarding, retention, and conflict resolution
• partner with Operations on project handoffs and escalated concerns
• maintain showroom coverage and represent the company at community and industry events.
