What you'll do

• Resolve service tickets and perform preventive maintenance
• repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• maintain buildings and grounds, including snow removal
• provide resident customer service
• respond to after-hours emergencies through an on-call rotation.
