What you'll do

• Greet and assist showroom and sales-lot guests
• understand customer needs
• present vehicle options and explain features and benefits
• demonstrate new and used vehicles
• guide customers through the sales process
• follow up to build relationships
• learn to address objections, negotiate, and close sales
• communicate goals and progress with the Sales Manager.
