The specialist supports the accounting team by processing sales orders and invoices accurately and on time. Reconciliations, collections, reporting, and close support help maintain reliable receivables and financial records.

What you'll do

• Review sales orders against customer purchase orders
• invoice customers for shipped orders with accurate line items, quantities, and prices
• resolve discrepancies with Sales Operations and Shipping
• review customer balances
• contact customers for payment collection
• support revenue recognition reconciliations
• monitor and report metrics
• prepare month-end close schedules and management reporting
• support external auditor requests.

Why this role

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least one year of accounting experience. NetSuite or similar ERP experience and manufacturing-environment experience are preferred. Applicants’ eligibility to handle export-controlled information will be evaluated.
