What you'll do

• Respond to user requests by phone, email, or in person
• diagnose desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, software, and hardware issues
• install, configure, and upgrade equipment and software
• troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate when needed
• document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
• guide users on IT practices and security
• set up user accounts and equipment
• support maintenance and improvement of internal systems
• collaborate with IT staff.
