The Administrative Supervisor, Finance and Billing position is onsite in Sandusky, MI, supporting all sites. The salary range is $65,563.44–$90,111.36 per year, and the schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The role supports Sanilac County Community Mental Health’s finance and billing functions and its community mental health services. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the supervisor leads and develops finance and billing staff, coordinates billing projects, produces reports, supports audits, and serves as a resource to staff and the CFO. The role also provides backup for reimbursement, billing, and finance reporting tasks to support accurate agency operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and produce reports for agency programs
• coordinate billing and finance projects, including third-party payer billing, encounters, and PQRS
• stay current on codes, services, and payer information and communicate updates
• assist with billing audits and reviews
• support rate configuration and cost/revenue projections
• update rate schedules in the agency EMR
• train department staff
• participate in agency and PIHP committees as directed
• manage, direct, and evaluate subordinate staff.
