Floor Technician Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain floor technicians

• oversee stripping, waxing, refinishing, buffing, scrubbing, and carpet extraction
• manage equipment maintenance and supply inventory
• assist with estimating, bidding, and pricing
• track project profitability, labor costs, and revenue
• maintain project and training records
• enforce safety and OSHA requirements.
