Certified Nursing Assistant — In-Home Care

The Certified Nursing Assistant role is an onsite, traveling position serving clients in the Minneapolis, MN listing area and the agency’s territory, including Rockford, Buffalo, Delano, and Maple Plain. Pay is $20–$23 per hour, with flexible daytime scheduling for 32–40 hours per week. BrightStar Care of Plymouth provides in-home personal care, homemaking, skilled services, and therapies. The CNA provides one-on-one care and homemaking support in clients’ homes. The role assists with daily living activities, monitors and records vital signs, reports changes to nursing leadership, and supports mobility and appointments according to the plan of care.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and homemaking
• assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding
• change linens and perform light housekeeping
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight
• monitor and report client condition changes
• assist with range of motion and appointments or outdoor activities as needed.
