What you'll do

• Track and categorize receipts, purchases, and expenses for both companies in QuickBooks
• maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
• monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients
• collect payments and document them
• prepare weekly financial summaries
• assist with forecasting and projections
• support billing and financial administration
• maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
