What you'll do

• Support purchasing, order writing, replenishment, and inventory management
• create purchase orders and verify quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and product details
• monitor sales, inventory, out-of-stocks, backstock, and shelf conditions
• support merchandising, customer service, product rotation, and department presentation
• receive, organize, store, and rotate products according to freshness, quality, and food-safety standards
• communicate with vendors
• assist with product research, new-item setup, promotions, and seasonal merchandising
• maintain records and help customers with product questions.
