What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and repair needs
• prepare detailed estimates for parts, labor, and procedures
• submit supplements
• collaborate with technicians
• provide customer updates and concierge-level service
• evaluate and document total-loss thresholds
• scope ADAS-related repairs and coordinate with production and calibration partners
• determine appropriate OEM parts and document delivery discrepancies
• support warranty or comeback repair diagnosis and documentation.
