What you'll do

• Teach fundamental bouldering skills and techniques
• supervise participants and promote safe climbing practices
• prepare lesson plans, evaluations, course records, and reports
• maintain accident records
• help keep the bouldering wall and surrounding area organized
• report unsafe conditions
• communicate with students and parents
• attend staff meetings and training.
