Process Technician

Job overview

The Process Technician is an onsite, full-time position based in Medina, OH. The role pays $20.00 per hour for 1st shift and $22.50 per hour for 2nd shift. This position supports the production team at Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in operating and maintaining blow molding and extrusion machines. This role exists to ensure that production equipment operates efficiently and that all products meet quality standards. The technician contributes to the team by monitoring machine settings, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
