What you'll do

• Lead recruitment projects from concept through launch
• develop plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• establish governance, success measures and reporting
• manage risks and issues
• improve recruitment processes and systems
• manage vendor projects
• use data to prioritize and measure initiatives
• lead implementation and adoption of new workflows and tools.
