Acrisure Mortgage is a residential mortgage lender and is accepting information from experienced closers for potential future openings; an immediate opening may not be available. The closer prepares accurate, timely closing documents and audits loan files against internal and agency requirements. The role coordinates with settlement agents, borrowers, underwriting, processing, funding, compliance, and other partners to support compliant closings and timely loan funding.

What you'll do

• Audit closing and compliance documentation before closing
• prepare and send Closing Disclosures to settlement agents and deliver them to borrowers within required timeframes
• review Mavent Compliance reports
• enter data in Encompass
• review and clear prior-to-closing underwriting conditions
• request prior-to-funding conditions from settlement agents
• generate and deliver closing documents
• ensure work follows company policies
• manage assigned loans through timely funding
• participate in pipeline and team meetings
• maintain working relationships with internal teams and external partners
• respond to quality assurance, quality control, and post-closing reviews.
