The Millwright is an onsite, full-time role in Ashland, ME. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports machinery and equipment maintenance in an industrial production environment. The role exists to keep machinery operating safely and reliably through installation, troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventive maintenance. It contributes to production and quality by maintaining and modifying mechanical equipment.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment
• troubleshoot, repair, and assemble machines
• perform preventive maintenance
• read blueprints and sketches to fabricate or modify equipment
• repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gear boxes, drive chains, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• weld, cut, and use power tools.
