What you'll do

• Assist the cook with food preparation and menu changes
• help plan regular and special diet menus as prescribed by physicians
• serve meals according to menus, portion controls, and sanitary regulations
• inspect diet trays
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• complete records and report equipment or supply issues.
