What you'll do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
• represent clients in joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, and private equity transactions
• handle real estate financings and investment transactions
• assist with fund formation and investment structures
• advise on leasing and operational issues
• work on transactions involving purchase, sale, construction, financing, development, and management
• collaborate across practice areas and offices
• maintain client relationships.
