What you'll do

• Perform unit turns and work orders
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and complete minor or routine repairs
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs
• partner with leasing staff and managers
• follow OSHA and SDS safety requirements
• respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in emergency on-call coverage.
