What you'll do

• Lead projects from concept through construction completion
• coordinate early design and existing-conditions documentation
• mentor junior staff
• oversee Revit construction documents
• coordinate engineering and specialty consultants
• manage documentation, code reviews, specifications, schedules, and permitting
• manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and site visits
• represent clients in construction meetings
• maintain project records
• manage client communication, staffing, budgets, and resources
• support bidding and regulatory approvals.
