What you'll do

• Prepare meat, poultry, and seafood according to daily business levels
• monitor food quality and presentation
• assess portion size, appearance, taste, and temperature
• oversee preparation and sanitation in hot-food and pantry areas
• follow local health department sanitation laws
• check stations for proper food storage and sanitation
• support daily inventory receiving
• keep managers and the Executive Chef informed of culinary issues.
