What you'll do

• Manage the safe movement of vehicles through the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
• oversee, coach, train, and develop production associates
• monitor team performance and adherence to procedures
• review identified vehicle defects and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• help complete repairs efficiently and reduce rework and delays.
