What you'll do

• Strip, wax, seal, buff, and polish hard floors
• clean carpets using extraction and shampoo equipment
• operate floor-care machines
• maintain floors in resident rooms and shared areas
• follow infection control and OSHA safety procedures
• mix cleaning chemicals according to instructions
• respond to spills
• place safety signs
• inspect floors and report concerns
• maintain equipment
• assist housekeeping as assigned.
