What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate design staff
• deliver mechanical and piping project deliverables within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• apply design and drafting standards
• communicate scope and design changes
• provide startup assistance
• guide and mentor drafting personnel
• coordinate with staff and discipline leads
• develop installation specifications
• check calculations for accuracy and compliance
• determine construction quantities and cost estimates
• delegate work and support staff development.

Why this role
