What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• change linens, do laundry, and maintain safe living areas
• measure and report vital signs and intake and output
• assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning
• provide basic treatments and support medication adherence as directed
• prepare meals according to dietary needs
• offer companionship
• accompany patients to appointments or errands as needed
• document care and communicate with nursing staff
• assist with post-mortem care as needed.
