• Prepare and produce food to recipes and production standards
• manage an assigned station, including preparation, production, organization, sanitation, and end-of-shift tasks
• maintain food quality and safety
• coordinate with the Chef and culinary team
• handle and store ingredients properly
• assist other stations as needed.
