What you'll do

• Lead SEC filings (1933 and 1934 Act), including annual and quarterly reports.
• Partner with Finance and Investor Relations on reporting requirements.
• Serve as legal lead for corporate governance, including Board and committee operations.
• Oversee global corporate secretarial functions.
• Advise on equity plans and executive compensation.
• Manage outside counsel relationships.
