What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize regional service queues
• validate incoming service requests
• perform technical triage for fire alarm, security, communications, and AV systems
• assign and dispatch qualified technicians
• communicate with customers and dispatch
• handle escalations and inform leadership of risks and decisions
• monitor service-level agreements and inspection commitments
• improve service processes
• provide technical guidance to technicians
• coordinate with sales and operations on recurring issues and service contract opportunities.
