What you'll do

• Lead and direct aircraft maintenance crews
• service and repair aircraft and engines to meet customer specifications and FAA standards
• ensure accurate parts tagging and routing
• confirm work scope and FAA-approved technical data
• coordinate planned work with Production Control
• monitor quality, efficiency, and timeliness
• provide on-the-job training
• review non-routine work cards
• manage work documents
• communicate with customer representatives
• perform maintenance tasks as needed
• document work orders and logs
• maintain required training and safety practices.

Why this role
