The Experienced Building Maintenance and Facilities Repair Technician role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. The position supports Hyundai of Dublin’s dealership facilities, helping keep them operational and in good condition. The technician performs routine repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related facility needs. The role also supports renovation projects, coordinates outside vendors when required, and responds to after-hours or weekend emergency maintenance calls when on call.

What you'll do

• Perform routine electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs
• install, troubleshoot, and replace lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets
• assist with carpentry, drywall repair, and interior and exterior painting
• assemble, move, and install furniture and fixtures
• mount TVs, signage, shelving, and wall fixtures
• maintain and organize work areas, storage rooms, and tools
• support renovation or remodeling projects
• operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
• coordinate outside contractors or service vendors when required
• respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours or on weekends when on call
• travel between sites as needed.
