What you'll do

• Own Ohio T&D division financial results and monthly job-cost reporting
• identify utility clients and scopes to pursue
• maintain a bid pipeline
• lead project managers and estimators
• approve estimates and contracts
• oversee multiple jobs for safety, schedule, and budget
• build utility relationships
• set operating procedures and plan staffing.
