The Scheduler role is onsite in Cumming, GA. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. Women’s Imaging Specialists provides diagnostic imaging services, including 2D and 3D mammography and sonography, across its facilities. The scheduler coordinates routine and diagnostic appointments across multiple sites, handles incoming calls, and enters accurate patient and appointment information. The role supports timely access to imaging services and a consistent patient experience.

What you'll do

• Schedule and reschedule routine and diagnostic services
• follow appointment variations across facilities
• answer high volumes of calls
• enter appointment, patient, and chart-note information accurately
• maintain referring-provider practice information
• coordinate with coworkers, facility staff, and referring-provider offices.
