The Lead Preschool Teacher role is an onsite, full-time position at the Forest Park center in Cincinnati, OH, paying $16–$20 per hour. Kid Works is part of the BrightPath Kids and Busy Bees childcare community and provides care and education for children from six weeks to 12 years old. The lead teacher supervises children in an assigned classroom and creates developmentally appropriate learning experiences. By maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and partnering with families, the teacher supports children’s care, learning, and development.

What you'll do

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages six weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom
• create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC guidelines
• plan activities around children’s interests and learning styles
• maintain a clean, warm, and safe environment
• partner and communicate with families about children’s care and education.
