What you'll do

• Run front-of-house operations without a salaried leader
• maintain restaurant cleanliness and ambience
• resolve guest issues
• support host, server, back waiter, bartender, and expo positions
• set up and close the front of house
• delegate tasks
• manage breaks and staffing adjustments
• communicate with team members and support pre-shift meetings
• assist with training new hires.
