What you'll do

• Facilitate new-hire orientations and webinars
• provide hands-on training for medical assistants in patient intake, point-of-care testing, lab quality assurance, and abortion care
• serve as an Epic credential trainer
• develop and maintain training materials
• collaborate on updates to clinical standards and forms
• assess medical assistant skills and provide retraining
• assist in emergencies according to PPM standards.
