The Residence Hall Supervisor role is onsite in Dodge City, KS, with compensation of $32,000–$35,000 per year. The supervisor assists the Director of Residence Life/Judicial Affairs with year-round residence hall operations, resident assistant oversight, student support, and a safe environment conducive to academic achievement.

What you'll do

• Assist with management of four residential facilities and approximately 12 resident assistants
• support year-round residence hall operations, orientation, and recruitment
• maintain card-key, food service, and housing records
• assist with recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and overseeing resident assistants
• support student adjustment and academic achievement
• enforce policies and accountability
• conduct health and safety inspections
• develop educational, cultural, social, and monthly student activities
• assist with disciplinary cases
• coordinate with security and maintenance
• conduct regular hall walkthroughs and drive a college vehicle as needed.
