What you'll do

• Deliver professional nursing care to all patients in NICU.
• Perform assessment and acuity assignment.
• Follow standard of care utilizing Nursing Process in delivery of care.
• Maintain accountability for professional decisions and actions.
• Function as a preceptor and ability to function as a charge nurse.
• Perform services as they relate to patient care/treatment with consideration for age/condition of patient.
