Sterile Technician

Job overview

The Sterile Technician role is onsite in Napoleon, OH; compensation is $17–$21 per hour. Shine Ortho Studio’s orthodontic team provides patient care and operates clinical and laboratory workflows. The technician maintains sterilization and infection-control standards while assisting with patient care, digital scanning, laboratory work and inventory. Accurate records and organized equipment help the team deliver safe, efficient orthodontic care.

What you'll do

• Seat patients and support their comfort
• perform impressions, X-rays, intraoral and 3D scans, and clinical photographs as directed and within training and regulations
• assist clinicians
• prepare treatment areas
• clean and sterilize instruments
• monitor and document sterilization cycles
• track laboratory cases
• assist with models and retainer fabrication
• support 3D printing
• maintain digital and patient records
• manage supplies and equipment
• communicate with clinical staff and laboratory partners.
