What you'll do

• Grow business profitably across the assigned four-route territory by meeting sales and distribution goals
• motivate, train, develop, and direct seven assigned representatives
• work with the General Sales Manager on goals, incentives, training, and plans
• monitor sales execution
• develop retail relationships and sales-call programs
• ensure products meet supplier standards and support marketing and retail placement
• monitor quality assurance
• cover presales routes as needed
• report sales, marketing, and competitive information
• communicate delivery issues and opportunities
• support shelf resets and new store sets
• follow credit regulations and company policies
• maintain company vehicles and submit required reports.
